When are the HOA Board meetings?HOA Board meetings are held every other month. A sign with time and location for meeting is displayed at the entrances to PCE the week before and residents are welcomed and encouraged to attend.

What are the top 3 PCE violations?Items visible from street – Hose carts, hoses, trash cans, bins, BBQ Grills Unkempt lawns. Grass needs cutting, or lawn contains large bare spots or patches of weeds Trash or recycle bins are put/left out curbside for longer than two days

Do I have to notify the HOA if I make a changes to the exterior of my house and property?Yes...you will also have to fill out and submit an ARB form to the HOA for approval. You can download an ARB form on the Forms and Resources page of this website. Any county government approvals are the homeowners responsibility.
