Notice: HOA Fountain Repair Update
We are pleased to report that progress is being made toward restoring our community fountain.
The issue has been identified as a failed fountain motor, which requires replacement. Plans are underway to safely remove the fountain assembly, replace the motor, inspect the electrical connections, and reinstall the fountain.
Our goal is to have the fountain back up and running within the next few weeks, barring any unexpected delays.
We appreciate everyone's patience and understanding as we working hard to restore this important feature of our community.
